Last updated: April 2026. This policy applies to EquitiesAmerica.com and all pages published on this domain.

1. Overview

EquitiesAmerica.com takes your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit this site, how that information is used, and the choices you have. We do not collect, store, or process any personal financial information, brokerage account details, or investment data of any kind.

By using this site, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.

2. Information We Collect

2a. Analytics Data

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our site. These tools collect anonymized usage data including:

  • Pages visited and time spent on each page
  • Referring URLs (how you arrived at our site)
  • General geographic region (country/city level, not precise location)
  • Device type, browser, and operating system
  • Interactions such as clicks, scrolls, and session recordings (Clarity)

GA4 uses IP anonymization by default. We do not use GA4 user ID features or link analytics data to any personally identifiable information. Microsoft Clarity session recordings are used solely to understand UI interactions and improve site usability. Clarity automatically masks sensitive input fields.

Analytics data is retained for 14 months in GA4 and 30 days in Clarity (configurable). You can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

2b. No Personal Financial Data

EquitiesAmerica.com does not collect, process, or store any personal financial data. This site has no account creation, no login system, no portfolio tracking, and no forms that collect financial information. Calculator inputs are processed entirely in your browser and are never transmitted to our servers.

2c. Email Communications

If you contact us by email at equitiesamericadotcom@gmail.com, we will receive and store that email for the purpose of responding to your inquiry. Email communications are not shared with third parties except as required by law.
